Common use of Annual Projected Enrollment Clause in Contracts

Annual Projected Enrollment. The School shall provide to the Sponsor its projected FTE enrollment for the next school year by no later than the last Friday of May of the current school year during the term of this Charter. The Annual Projected Enrollment shall not be construed to constitute a maximum enrollment capacity at the School for the following academic school year.
