Eligible Students. 1. Each year, the School agrees to enroll an eligible student by accepting a timely application through deadlines as determined by the Governing Board and publicly advertised. If the target goal of students is not met by the deadline, and the school wishes to extend, the School will give sufficient public notice and extend the application deadline for a set time as determined and publicized by the governing board. If, at the 10 day count, the registered enrollment as reflected in the Sponsor's data system is less than 75% of the School's total projected enrollment as described in either the approved application for the first year or as determined under the provisions of Section 3.G. of this contract, the School shall, upon request by the Sponsor, submit a revised budget within 30 days taking into account the reduced enrollment. Failure to provide the revised budget may constitute good cause for termination.
2. If the number of applications exceeds the capacity of the program, class, grade level, or building, all applicants shall have an equal chance of being admitted through a random selection process. The School may give preference in admission to students or limit the enrollment as provided for in section 1002.33(10), Florida Statutes. The School shall clearly indicate in its Policies and Procedures the lottery procedures, and any/all enrollment preferences the school will utilize.
3. Enrollment is subject to compliance with the provisions of section 1003.22, Florida Statutes, concerning school entry health examinations and immunizations.
4. If this Charter is not renewed or is terminated, a student who attended the School may be enrolled in another public school pursuant to Sponsor policies.
5. A student may withdraw from the School at any time and enroll in another public school, as determined by District policy. The School shall work in conjunction with the parent(s) and the receiving school to ensure that such transfers minimize impact on the student's grades and academic achievement.
6. Students at the School are eligible to participate in an interscholastic extracurricular activity at the public school to which the student would be otherwise assigned to attend pursuant to section 1006.15(3)(d) and 1002.20(18)(c), Florida Statutes.
Eligible Students. Any unmarried person or married person living away from their spouse and/or children who has been admitted to or has enrolled in the University as a regular, registered student is eligible to enter into the Contract with CHF and/or the University. Exception to the regular, registered student status may be provided if, in consultation with Student Financial Services and/or the Disability Resource Center, it is determined that the student requires special accommodations.
Eligible Students. The School shall enroll all eligible students in accordance with Section 1002.33(10), Florida Statutes, up to the maximum school enrollment capacity approved by the Sponsor of three hundred (300) students through its approval of this Agreement or as outlined in the School’s Application (Appendix 1). The School shall not be eligible for or receive funds for enrollment beyond the maximum enrollment capacity provided herein. The parties agree that the approved school minimum enrollment capacity is 125, the minimum enrollment that will support the School’s operations at an adequate level under its approved budget. If the School fails to achieve the minimum school enrollment capacity as provided by the October FTE reporting period, such shall be considered good cause for termination or non-renewal for failure to meet generally accepted standards of the school management as provided in Section 1002.33(8)(a)2, Florida Statutes, unless the School provides the Sponsor a revised and balanced budget within sixty (60) days of the October FTE reporting period. A student may not be transferred by the School to another charter school or district school except upon the prior written consent of the student’s parent/guardian or of the student (if an adult). The School agrees that any transfer or withdrawal of students shall be conducted in accordance with the Sponsor’s student transfer and withdrawal policies and procedures. Parents may withdraw a student from the School at any time. In such event, the student shall either return to the student’s regularly assigned district school or to another school with an appropriate program.

In such case, all applicants shall have an equal chance of being admitted through a random selection process known as a lottery.
Eligible Students. An Eligible Student is any student who (a) is accepted for enrollment or is enrolled at least half-time at an Eligible Institution and is in good standing and making satisfactory progress in a prescribed course of study; and,

Changes to the School’s criteria for admissions and/or eligibility for enrollment must be submitted to the Sponsor for approval 60 days prior to the registration and enrollment period.

Eligible Students. The target population of the School will serve no more than the number of students per year as set forth below; however, the maximum enrollment each year shall be established pursuant to section IV.F. below. The School’s population is students in grades K through 12 residing in Clay County, Florida, or pursuant to the controlled open enrollment provisions of ss. 1002.20 and 1002.31, Florida Statutes, who are identified in Appendix 1. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no student will be eligible for enrollment unless the student is in “good standing” with his or her regular school district. A student is not in good standing if the student is subject to expulsion or has been administratively placed in an alternative education program for disciplinary reasons. Further, the School may only submit applications to the Sponsor for enrollment of those students who are eligible for enrollment in a virtual charter school pursuant to the requirements of s. 1002.455,
