Common use of Annual Projected Enrollment Clause in Contracts

Annual Projected Enrollment. The School shall submit to the Sponsor an estimate of full-time equivalent students for the succeeding school year by November 15 or other required date of the current school year. Should the implementation of class size requirements necessitate that the estimate be submitted by a different date, the Sponsor will notify the School of the new date.
