Common use of ANNUAL RENEWAL PROCESS Clause in Contracts

ANNUAL RENEWAL PROCESS. A. Subsequent to the “Initial Term” (as defined in Section 4.A. below) and each succeeding “Renewal Term” (as defined in Section 4.A below), should the Institution wish to continue to participate in the XXXX program administered by NC-XXXX, the Institution shall comply with the renewal process in accordance with the XXXX Policies then in effect, and upon notice of an approved renewal application, shall remit the Annual NC-XXXX Fee and the Annual Georgia Portal Agency Fee for such Renewal Term to GA-XXXX, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the XXXX Fees and the XXXX Policies then in effect.
