Common use of Annual Review Meetings Clause in Contracts

Annual Review Meetings. The Parties shall meet at least once per calendar year during the Phase One Term as reasonably appropriate on a date and location mutually agreeable to the Parties (each a "Review Meeting"). At each Review Meeting the Parties shall seek to address and discuss any outstanding issues under this Agreement, including without limitation, the reconciliation of purchase orders with respect to the then current Annual Quantity.
