Annual Review of SSSPs. The chief school administrator shall consult with law enforcement agencies, health and social service provider agencies, emergency management planners and school and other community resources, as appropriate, in the review and updating the school district’s school safety and security plans, procedures and mechanisms, pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:16-5.1. It is understood and agreed that law enforcement officials shall, at a minimum, annually review and, where necessary, provide written comments to the chief school administrator concerning the required school safety and security plans, pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:16-5.1.
