Annual Spring Clean-Up Program. At least once per calendar year during the months of April and May and on specific dates to be mutually determined by the Contractor and the City, the Contractor shall provide for the curbside collection from each Customer, and disposal, of large and bulky items (including, without limitation, white goods) that are not ordinarily collected as part of the Residential Services. The Contractor shall have no obligation to collect more than one cubic yard of construction material from each Customer during each Annual Spring Clean-Up Program.
