Annual Submissions. Employees shall submit requests for vacations during prime times by January 31st of each year. The Employer shall respond no later than four (4) weeks after January 31st. In case of conflicting requests, seniority shall be used provided any time over two (2) weeks does not conflict with any other employee's request. An employee may submit a second or third preference in the event that the employee's other preference conflicts and is granted to a more senior employee.
