Annual Systems Maintenance Costs. Each year, the Working Committee shall propose projected Annual Systems Maintenance Costs, which projected costs shall be approved by the Board prior to or during approval of the budget. 7.9.1. Each Member shall pay a share of the adopted Annual Systems Maintenance Costs based on the principle that Members shall share systems maintenance costs based on system and service usage and that until sufficient data is available regarding Member usage, Member population data is an acceptable proxy for usage. 7.9.2. Each Member’s share of the adopted Annual Systems Maintenance Costs shall be calculated according to the formula implementing the principles in Section 7.9.1 contained in the funding policy adopted by the Board at its initial meeting, as may be amended.
