Annual Uniform Maintenance Allowance Clause Samples

Annual Uniform Maintenance Allowance. All Officers shall receive, by December 15th of each year of this Agreement, a maintenance allowance for uniforms in the amount of Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ($450.00). All Dispatchers shall receive, by December 15th of each year of this Agreement, a maintenance allowance for uniforms in the amount of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00). The maintenance allowance will be prorated by pay period in the event that an Employee is not employed by the Employer for the entire year.
