Annual Verification of Cost Recovery and Setting of Future Fees. 97 Annually, the XXX must provide a written description of its current cost recovery methodology and a detailed quantitative analysis supporting its compliance results for the reporting year. The requirements and expectations of such quantitative analysis are detailed in Appendix 10 (Annual Accreditation Verification Requirements). 98 In addition, the XXX must annually validate its cost recovery calculation reconciled to the expected fee schedule.   • Procedure as to Rejected Goods On receipt of notification of rejection, Seller will immediately arrange to receive back the goods for shipment and return. However, within 5 days, Seller may have an agent inspect such goods for nonconformity; otherwise, such inspection will be made on return to Seller's storage facility. When such goods are confirmed or acquiesced in as nonconforming, Seller will ship conforming goods within 30 days of the notice of rejection unless Buyer earlier notifies Seller to forgo such shipment.

  • Verification of Coverage Prior to beginning any work under this Agreement, Consultant shall furnish City with certificates of insurance and with original endorsements effecting coverage required herein. The certificates and endorsements for each insurance policy are to be signed by a person authorized by that insurer to bind coverage on its behalf. The City reserves the right to require complete, certified copies of all required insurance policies at any time.
