Common use of Annual Work Plan and Budget Clause in Contracts

Annual Work Plan and Budget. 1. The Recipient shall, not later than one (1) month after the Effective Date for the Fiscal Year in which this Agreement shall become effective, and November 30 of each subsequent Fiscal Year, consolidate and furnish to the Association for the Association’s no objection, a consolidated annual program of activities proposed for implementation under its Respective Part of the Project during the following Fiscal Year, together with a proposed budget which shall include the funds from the Financing, as well as any other funds which may become available for the implementation of its Respective Part of the Project.
