Common use of Annual Work Plans Clause in Contracts

Annual Work Plans. (a) The Recipient shall prepare and furnish to the Association for its approval, not later than ninety (90) days before the end of each fiscal year during the implementation of the Project, a proposed work plan (including a budget therefor) containing all activities proposed to be carried out under the Project during the following fiscal year. (b) The Recipient shall exchange views with the Association on each such proposed annual work plan (including budget), and shall thereafter adopt, and carry out such program of activities for such following fiscal year as shall have been agreed with the Association, as such plan may be subsequently revised during such following fiscal year with the prior written agreement of the Association (“Annual Work Plan”).

(b) The Recipient shall exchange views with the Association and Partners on each such proposed annual work plan (including budget)plan, and shall thereafter adopt, and carry out such program of activities for such following fiscal year Fiscal Year as shall have been agreed with the AssociationAssociation and Partners, as such plan may be subsequently revised during such following fiscal year Fiscal Year with the prior written agreement of the Association and Partners (“Agreed Annual Work Plan”).
