Annuity Starting Date. The first day of the first period for which an amount is paid as an annuity or any other form.

Annuity Starting Date. The term “Annuity Starting Date” means the first day of the first period for which a benefit is paid as an annuity, in the case of a benefit not payable as an annuity, the first day all events have occurred which entitle the Participant to the benefit. However, the payment made on the Distribution Commencement Date under an annuity form of payment may reflect annuity payments that are calculated with reference to an “annuity starting date” that occurs prior to the Distribution Commencement Date (e.g., the first day of the month in which the Distribution Commencement Date falls).

If a Participant commences distribution with respect to a portion of his/her Account Balance, a separate Annuity Starting Date applies to any subsequent distribution.
