Anthem PPO Coverage. This District shall continue to offer the Anthem Blue Cross PPO. The copays and deductibles for this plan shall be commensurate with those in effect in 2010-11. The unit member selecting this plan shall contribute an amount equal to the difference between the PPO premium, and the full Anthem “High HMO” premium.
