Anti-Boycott Israel Act. If this contract has a total value of $100,000 or more, and if the Contractor has ten or more employees, the Contractor certifies that it is not currently engaged in a boycott of the State of Israel and that it will not engage in a boycott of the State of Israel for the duration of the contract. For purposes of this term, "Contractor" includes any wholly-owned subsidiary, majority-owned subsidiary, parent company, or affiliate of the Contractor.
