Applicable Laws and Requirements. All services and activities undertaken by the parties in connection with this Agreement shall be performed in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as may be amended from time to time, including any relevant memoranda of understanding and/or other cooperative agreements established between CSD, utility providers, and/or the Public Utilities Commission.

Applicable Laws and Requirements. This Lease, including all of its provisions, is subject to, and Lessee will at all times comply with, to all Applicable Laws and Requirements, and all liens, encumbrances, restrictions, rights and conditions of law or of record or otherwise actually known to Lessee.

  • Applicable Laws and Regulations All duly promulgated applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes, decrees, judgments, directives, or judicial or administrative orders, permits and other duly authorized actions of any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the relevant parties, their respective facilities, and/or the respective services they provide.

  • Applicable Laws The Contractor agrees to conduct all activities under this Agreement in accordance with all applicable rules, regulations, directives, standards, ordinances, and laws, in effect or promulgated during the term of this Agreement, including without limitation, workers’ compensation laws, minimum and maximum salary and wage statutes and regulations, and licensing laws and regulations. When required, the Contractor shall furnish H-GAC with satisfactory proof of its compliance therewith.

  • Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits The Concessionaire shall provide 2 (two) copies of its Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement and Profit and Loss Account, along with a report thereon by its Statutory Auditors, within 90 (ninety) days of the close of the Accounting Year to which they pertain and such audited accounts, save and except where expressly provided to the contrary, shall form the basis of payments by either Party under this Agreement. The Authority shall have the right to inspect the records of the Concessionaire during office hours and require copies of relevant extracts of books of accounts, duly certified by the Statutory Auditors, to be provided to the Authority for verification of basis of payments, and in the event of any discrepancy or error being found, the same shall be rectified and such rectified account shall form the basis of payments by either Party under this Agreement.

  • Laws and Regulations All Equipment, Products, or Services provided under this Contract must comply fully with applicable federal laws and regulations, and with the laws in the states and provinces in which the Equipment, Products, or Services are sold.
