Anti-dumping. 1. The rights and obligations of the Parties in respect of the application of anti- dumping measures shall be governed by Article VI of the GATT 1994 and the Agreement on Implementation of Article VI of the GATT 1994. 2. If a Party finds that dumping is taking place in trade with another Party, the Party concerned may take appropriate measures in accordance with the above mentioned Agreements and relevant internal implementation legislation.

Anti-dumping. 1. The Subject to paragraphs 2 and 3, the rights and obligations of the Parties in respect of the application of anti- anti-dumping measures shall be governed by Article VI of the GATT 1994 and the WTO Agreement on Implementation of Article VI of the GATT General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994.
2. If Each Party shall designate, and provide full contact information for, a person that the other Party finds that may contact with respect to any matter concerning anti-dumping is taking place in trade with another Partymeasures.
3. The Parties shall, within three years after the Party concerned may take appropriate measures in accordance with the above mentioned Agreements and relevant internal implementation legislationentry into force of this Agreement, meet to review this Article.

Anti-dumping. 1. The Parties agree not to take such measures in an arbitrary or protectionist manner.
2. If As soon as possible following the acceptance of a properly documented application from an industry in one Party finds for the initiation of an anti-dumping investigation in respect of goods from the other Party and before proceeding to initiate such investigation, that dumping is taking place in trade with another Party shall notify the other Party, the Party concerned may take appropriate measures in accordance with the above mentioned Agreements and relevant internal implementation legislation.
