Safety Issues The Tenant will procure that in the carrying out of the Building Improvement Plan:
REGULATORY JURISDICTION Subject to Section 19.01, nothing in this Agreement shall restrict the rights of the Parties to file a complaint with or submit any action to the Commission or any other appropriate regulatory authority under relevant provisions of the Federal Power Act or other relevant statutory provisions, nor shall anything in this Agreement affect the jurisdiction of the Commission or any other regulatory authority over matters arising under this Agreement.
Quasi Cash transactions are cash advances and will be subject to a Cash Advance Fee as explained below. • If you make a purchase or obtain a cash advance in a foreign currency, it will be converted by Visa into U.S. dollars in accordance with Visa Operating Regulations in effect at the time the transaction is processed. o The currency conversion rate in effect on the processing date may differ from the rate in effect on the transaction date or the posting date. o The currency conversion rate used may be the same as, greater than, or less than the amount that would be calculated by conversion through a financial institution in the country in which the purchase or cash advance occurred. Making payments • Pay your Account by sending a check, money order, or cashier’s check payable in U.S. dollars, to the name and address shown on your Statement specified for payments. Please don’t send cash. • Be sure to include your payment stub, do not staple your payment to the stub, use the envelope provided with your Statement and don’t send any correspondence with your payment. • If your payment doesn’t meet these requirements, it may not be credited to your Account for up to five days, or may be rejected. • All written communications concerning disputed amounts, including any check or other payment instrument marked with "payment in full" or similar language, must be sent to 0000 Xxxxx Xxxx 0000 Xxxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000-0000. o We may accept a payment sent to any other address without losing any of our rights. o No payment shall operate as an accord and satisfaction without our prior written approval.
Entities that Boycott Israel Contractor represents and warrants that (1) it does not, and shall not for the duration of the Contract, boycott Israel or (2) the verification required by Section 2271.002 of the Texas Government Code does not apply to the Contract. If circumstances relevant to this provision change during the course of the Contract, Contractor shall promptly notify System Agency.
Regulatory Except as described in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Disclosure Package and the Final Prospectus: (i) the Company has not received notice from any Governmental Entity (as defined below) alleging or asserting noncompliance with any Applicable Regulations (as defined below) or Authorizations (as defined below); (ii) the Company is and has been in material compliance with federal, state or foreign statutes, laws, ordinances, rules and regulations applicable to the Company (collectively, “Applicable Regulations”); (iii) the Company possesses all licenses, certificates, approvals, clearances, consents, authorizations, qualifications, registrations, permits, and supplements or amendments thereto required by any such Applicable Regulations and/or to carry on its businesses as now conducted (“Authorizations”) and such Authorizations are valid and in full force and effect and the Company is not in violation of any term of any such Authorizations; (iv) the Company has not received notice of any claim, action, suit, proceeding, hearing, enforcement, investigation, arbitration or other action from any Governmental Entity or third party alleging that any product, operation or activity is in violation of any Applicable Regulations or Authorizations or has any knowledge that any such Governmental Entity or third party is considering any such claim, litigation, arbitration, action, suit, investigation or proceeding, nor, has there been any material noncompliance with or violation of any Applicable Regulations by the Company that could reasonably be expected to require the issuance of any such communication or result in an investigation, corrective action, or enforcement action by any Governmental Entity; and (v) the Company has not received notice that any Governmental Entity has taken, is taking or intends to take action to limit, suspend, modify or revoke any Authorizations or has any knowledge that any such Governmental Entity has threatened or is considering such action. Neither the Company nor, to the Company’s knowledge, any of its directors, officers, employees or agents has been convicted of any crime under any Applicable Regulations. “Governmental Entity” shall be defined as any arbitrator, court, governmental body, regulatory body, administrative agency or other authority, body or agency (whether foreign or domestic) having jurisdiction over the Company or any of its properties, assets or operations.
Government All of LESSEE's obligations under this Lease will continue to the same extent as if such requisition had not occurred.
DISTURBANCES Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the agreed upon number people, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises. HOLD HARMLESS iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
Intergovernmental Organizations As instructed from time to time by ICANN, Registry Operator will implement the protections mechanism determined by the ICANN Board of Directors relating to the protection of identifiers for Intergovernmental Organizations. A list of reserved names for this Section 6 is available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/resources/registries/reserved. Additional names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Any such protected identifiers for Intergovernmental Organizations may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such protected identifiers shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement. No Government Approval You understand that no state or federal authority has reviewed this Investment Agreement or the Note or made any finding relating to the value or fairness of the investment.
Other Governmental Regulations To the extent that this Agreement may be funded by fiscal assistance from another governmental entity, Consultant and any subcontractors shall comply with all applicable rules and regulations to which City is bound by the terms of such fiscal assistance program.
