AOC’S REQUIREMENTS AND DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES AND DELIVERABLES. Contractor will provide the Maintenance and Support Services (Exhibit E) for all Deliverables (including the Licensed Software as provided by Contractor on a hosted basis) and Services (including all aspects of hosted services). Contractor will license the Licensed Software and provide the Licensed Software on a hosted basis, in accordance with this Agreement. All Services and Deliverables will be provided in accordance with the Service Level Requirements (Exhibit F), Remote Hosting Requirements (Exhibit G), Business and Functional Requirements (Exhibit H), Testing Requirements (Exhibit I) and Configuration Requirements (Exhibit J), incorporated into this Agreement.

  • LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY The subject property is a three-bedroom condominium with two car parking bays bearing postal address of X-00-00, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, No. 12, Lebuhraya Bukit Jalil, Bukit Jalil, 57000 Kuala Lumpur.
