Common use of Apartment Assignments Clause in Contracts

Apartment Assignments. Full-time registered University students are given preference for University housing. Part-time students must receive prior written approval to live in Housing. University of Idaho full-time Staff & Faculty may be offered an apartment if occupancy allows. The University reserves the right to require Resident to relocate to another Apartment when such action is determined to be desirable by the University.
