Common use of Apartment Assignments Clause in Contracts

Apartment Assignments. The Property Manager has the authority to reassign Students another apartment and to consolidate apartments at his or her sole discretion. Returning students have a right to the apartment of their choice, provided a signed Agreement and Security Deposit has been received on or before the Friday following the return from Spring Break recess. All apartment requests are granted on a first come, first served basis. Returning students will lose their priority after that Friday. Final decisions are made by the Property Manager.
