Common use of APPEAL MEETING Clause in Contracts

APPEAL MEETING. If the Fire Chief or designee denies a Battalion Chief’s outside employment request, the Battalion Chief may appeal the decision by requesting a meeting with the Fire Chief to discuss the denial of the request within 10 days of the date of the written denial. The decision of the Fire Chief following this meeting shall be final.
