Appeal of Discipline Other than Dismissal. An employee shall receive written notice of the discipline with the specific charges and facts supporting the discipline. Appeal of a written reprimand, a salary step withheld based on just cause and discipline other than dismissal shall be in accordance with Article 44, Grievance and Arbitration Procedure beginning at Step 2.
