Appeal of Minor Disciplinary Actions. Within seven (7) days from receipt of the written notification, an employee who has received a written reprimand, or short suspension without pay, but believes the discipline is unwarranted, may appeal the action under Informal Resolution of the Grievance Procedure of this agreement and then to Level 2 and Level 3 of the Grievance Procedure of this agreement whereupon the decision of the County Commissioners shall be final.
