- Appeal to Senior Managers, Transportation. Within sixty (60) calendar days of the date of the decision under Step 1, or in the case of an appeal against discipline imposed, within sixty (60) calendar days of the date on which the employee was notified of the discipline assessed, the Local Chair may appeal the decision in writing to the Senior Managers, Transportation.
