Appeals to City Council. Where an appeal by Developer or its Transferees, as the case may be, to the City Council from a finding and/or determination of the Planning Commission is created by this Agreement, such appeal shall be taken, if at all, within fourteen (14) days after the mailing of such finding and/or determination to Developer, or its successors, transferees, and/or assignees, as the case may be. The City Council shall act upon the finding and/or determination of the Planning Commission eighty (80) days after such mailing, or within such additional period as may be agreed upon by the Developer or its Transferees, as the case may be, and the City Council. The failure of the City Council to act shall not be deemed to be a denial or approval of the appeal, which shall remain pending until final City Council action.
Appeals to City Council. Any person aggrieved by any decision of the tax administrator may appeal to the city council by filing a written appeal with the tax administrator within 10 business days of the serving or mailing of the decision being appealed. The city manager shall schedule the hearing on a city council agenda and provide the appellant notice of the hearing at least 10 business days before the hearing. The city council may agree to a compromise of the amount of tax remittance if there is a good faith dispute over the amount owing. Any person may appeal the issuance of a rule or regulation issued by the tax administrator to the city council by filing a written appeal within 10 business days of the mailing of the notice of the regulation.
Appeals to City Council. Where an appeal by Property Owner to the City Council from a finding and/or determination of the Planning Commission is created by this Agreement, such appeal shall be taken, if at all, within twenty (20) days after the mailing of such finding and/or determination to Property Owner, or its successors, transferees, and/or assignees, as the case may be. The City Council shall act upon the finding and/or determination of the Planning Commission within eighty (80) days after such mailing, or within such additional period as may be agreed upon by the Property Owner and the City Council. The failure of the City Council to act shall not be deemed a denial or an approval of the appeal, which shall remain pending until final City Council action.

  • ADVISORY COUNCIL An Advisory Council consisting of the superintendent of each participating District, or his/her designee is hereby created. The purpose of such Advisory Council is to monitor the performance of this Agreement, amend this Agreement (with concurrence of all parties affected), and terminate this Agreement as provided in Section IX. Activities of the Advisory Council shall take place as needed, called by a majority of its members or by the Superintendent of the NWESD, or his/her designee. Decisions by the Advisory Council will be made by a vote of greater than fifty percent (50%) of a quorum. A quorum is defined as at least fifty percent (50%) of the representatives appointed to the Advisory Council. Participation may occur via technological participation, including email providing at least seven (7) calendar days prior written notice was provided to each District superintendent or designee.
