Physical Collocation (a) If space for Physical Collocation is immediately available at the time of CLEC's request, SBC-AMERITECH shall include in its notice to CLEC: (i) the space to be provided, and (ii) whether SBC- AMERITECH can deliver the space to CLEC by the date set forth in Section 12.15.2(d).
ASSISTANCE IN THE COLLECTION OF TAXES 1. The Contracting States shall lend assistance to each other in the collection of revenue claims. This assistance is not restricted by Articles 1 and 2. The competent authorities of the Contracting States may by mutual agreement settle the mode of application of this Article.
Charge Nurse A charge nurse is an experienced nurse who is assigned the responsibility for the nursing activity and patient care on a single nursing unit for one (1) or more shifts. Nurses assigned charge responsibilities will have these additional responsibilities considered in their direct patient care assignments.
Remittance of Dues The Employer shall electronically transmit to the Union on the first bank working day after each payday all dues deducted for that pay period in those bargaining units for which the Union is the exclusive bargaining representative.
Remittance of Dues to Financial Officer At the end of each week in which deductions are taken, the Company shall remit by cheque the total of the deductions to the Union. The Company will also furnish to the designated financial officer of the Local Union a list of the names of employees for whom Union membership dues have been taken. By the 10th of each following month a list shall be provided to the Local Union of employees for whom dues were deducted and not deducted.
Specialized Vehicles Employees who must operate a motor vehicle on official State business and who, because of a physical disability, may operate only specially equipped or modified vehicles may claim from 34 up to 37 cents per mile, with certification. Supervisors who approve claims pursuant to this Subsection have the responsibility of determining the need for the use of such vehicles.
COLLECTION OF CHARGES 16.1 A Sector Association may request the consent of the Administrator to collect charges due from Operators to the Administrator in respect of facilities under the charging scheme.
Maintenance of Property The Company shall maintain, and shall cause each Subsidiary to maintain, and preserve all its property which is used or useful in its business in good working order and condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted and make all necessary repairs thereto and renewals and replacements thereof except where the failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
COLLECTION OF COST-SHARE (a) The PHP agrees to collect from the beneficiary or the parents or guardian of the beneficiary only those amounts applicable to the patient’s cost-share (copayment) as defined in 32 CFR 199.4, and services and supplies which are not a benefit.
