LOCAL 135 (Clerks) - San Diego County. (Meat) - San Diego County and Imperial County. LOCAL 324 (Clerks) - Orange County and Long Beach, California, including Orange County, Long Beach area west to Alameda, Alameda north to 168th Street, west to Central Avenue, north to Rosecrans Avenue, east to Alameda, north to Pacific Electric tracks, southeast on Pacific Electric tracks to the Los Angeles River, north to San Xxxxxxx Boulevard, southeast from San Xxxxxxx Boulevard to Orange County line at Fullerton Road. CONTRACTOR, BY EXECUTION OF THIS CONTRACT, HEREBY CONSENTS TO THE IN PERSONAM JURISDICTION OF SAID COURTS.   • Objections to New Subprocessors (a) If Customer has a legitimate reason under Data Protection Law to object to the new Subprocessors’ processing of Personal Data, Customer may terminate the Agreement (limited to the Cloud Service for which the new Subprocessor is intended to be used) on written notice to SAP. Such termination shall take effect at the time determined by the Customer which shall be no later than thirty days from the date of SAP’s notice to Customer informing Customer of the new Subprocessor. If Customer does not terminate within this thirty day period, Customer is deemed to have accepted the new Subprocessor.

Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought in Sacramento County, California.

It is agreed by the parties to this Agreement that all work specified in Article IV shall be performed exclusively by Elevator Constructor Mechanics, Elevator Constructor Helpers, Elevator Constructor Apprentices and Elevator Constructor Assistant Mechanics in the employ of the Company.

  • LAW & JURISDICTION This Call-Off Agreement and/or any non-contractual obligations or matters arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales and without prejudice to the dispute resolution procedures set out in Clause CO-14 or CO-19 (Dispute Resolution) each Party agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales and for all disputes to be conducted within England and Wales.
