APPLIANCE REPAIR. If any appliance is not working, Tenant agrees to notify Landlord immediately. In the event of a refrigerator or freezer, Tenant agrees to keep their food from spoiling until such time as the appliance can be repaired. Landlord will not be responsible for the loss of food.
