Appliances and Furnishings. The Lessor shall provide the following appliances and furnishings:
Appliances and Furnishings. LCM-E will supply and maintain the following during the tenancy, the cost of which is included in the rent: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and microwave, to be shared by all residents; and a bed, desk, dresser, bookshelf, and end table in each resident’s bedroom. (Residents must supply their own bed linens.)

Malfunctions (other than battery replacements) should be reported promptly. Residents will be charged the full replacement cost for any existing appliance or furniture that becomes damaged beyond repair (above normal wear and tear).
