Shared Use. During the time that non- expendable personal property is held for use on the project or program for which it was acquired, the Grantee shall make it avail- able for use on other projects or programs if such other use will not interfere with the work on the project or program for which the property was originally acquired. First preference for such other use shall be given to other projects or programs sponsored by FmHA or its successor agency under Public Law 103–354; second preference shall be given to projects or programs sponsored by other Federal agencies. If the property is owned by the Federal Government, use on other activi- ties not sponsored by the Federal Govern- ment shall be permissible if authorized by FmHA or its successor agency under Public Law 103–354. User charges should be consid- ered if appropriate.
Shared Use. ALEC Inc., may utilize spare capacity on an existing interconnector entrance facility for the purpose of providing an entrance facility to ALEC Inc.,’s collocation arrangement within the same BellSouth Remote Site Location.
Shared Use. Landlord shall provide Tenant with the shared use of the following facilities of the property: Kitchen and appliances Landlord Access to Common Areas. The landlord has the right of access to the common areas of the property at any time without notice to the tenant. It is further mutually agreed between the parties as follows:
Shared Use. ALEC Inc., may utilize spare capacity on an existing interconnector entrance facility for the purpose of providing an entrance facility to ALEC Inc.,’s collocation arrangement within the same BellSouth Premises. BellSouth shall allow the splice, provided that the fiber is non-working fiber. ALEC Inc., must arrange with BellSouth for BellSouth to splice the ALEC Inc., provided riser cable to the spare capacity on the entrance facility. The rates set forth in Exhibit A will apply.
Shared Use. CONTRACTOR may share use of the property and equipment or allow use by other programs, upon written approval of Administrator. As a condition of such approval, COUNTY may require reimbursement under this Contract for the use of the property.
Shared Use. Teleconex may utilize spare capacity on an existing interconnector entrance facility for the purpose of providing an entrance facility to Teleconex’s collocation arrangement within the same BellSouth Remote Site Location. BellSouth shall allow splicing to the entrance facility, provided that the fiber is non-working fiber. Teleconex must arrange with BellSouth in accordance with BellSouth’s Special Construction Procedures, RL93-11-030BT, and provide a LOA from the other telecommunications carrier for BellSouth to splice the Teleconex provided riser cable to the spare capacity on the entrance facility. If Teleconex desires to allow another telecommunications carrier to use its entrance facilities, then that telecommunications carrier must arrange with BellSouth in accordance with BellSouth’s Special Construction Procedures, RL93-11-030BT, and provide a LOA from Teleconex for BellSouth to splice that telecommunications carrier’s provided riser cable to the spare capacity on Teleconex’s entrance facility.
Shared Use. DSLi may utilize spare capacity on an existing interconnector entrance facility for the purpose of providing an entrance facility to DSLi’s collocation arrangement within the same BellSouth Premises. BellSouth shall allow the splice, provided that the fiber is non-working fiber. DSLi must arrange with BellSouth for BellSouth to splice the DSLi provided riser cable to the spare capacity on the entrance facility. The rates set forth in Exhibit C will apply. If DSLi DSLi desires to allow another CLEC to use its entrance facilities, additional rates, terms and conditions will apply and shall be negotiated between the parties.
Shared Use. Two or more governmental agencies using all or part of a facility under the terms set forth in an Interlocal Agreement.

WebShoppe may utilize spare capacity on an existing interconnector entrance facility for the purpose of providing an entrance facility to WebShoppe’s collocation arrangement within the same BellSouth Premises. BellSouth shall allow the splice, provided that the fiber is non-working fiber. WebShoppe must arrange with BellSouth for BellSouth to splice the WebShoppe provided riser cable to the spare capacity on the entrance facility. The rates set forth in Exhibit A will apply.
Shared Use. WebShoppe may utilize spare capacity on an existing interconnector entrance facility for the purpose of providing an entrance facility to WebShoppe’s collocation arrangement within the same BellSouth Remote Site Location.
