Applicability of Personnel Rules. To the extent there is a conflict between this Agreement and the Personnel Rules (AMC 3.30) the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail. In the event this Agreement is silent or no conflict exists, the Personnel Rules in effect at the time of ratification of this contract by both parties will be applicable. In the event that the Agreement and the Personnel Rules are both silent, the parties agree to meet and confer.
Applicability of Personnel Rules. All provisions of City ordinances, policies and regulations pertaining to City personnel will apply to as they would to other management employees of the City, except as modified by this Agreement.
