Personnel Rules. The County and Association agree to meet and confer on personnel rule changes through a joint labor management committee including all County labor organizations.
Personnel Rules. Any personnel regulations or procedures not addressed in this Agreement shall be addressed as provided in University regulations or procedures, provided that nothing herein shall be construed to waive the various right to consultation or bargaining as provided by law.
Personnel Rules. MainePERS may adopt or change personnel rules during the term of this Agreement but such adopted or changed rules shall not be inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement. Personnel Rules. The Union and the County recognize and agree that the County Personnel Rules have in the past and may from time to time in the future, be added to, modified or eliminated in whole or in part. Notwithstanding the requirements of ORS 243.650 to 782, the County shall have no duty to bargain over: 1) the decision to make such changes or 2) the impact that such changes may have. The County Personnel Rules shall be equitably enforced amongst all bargaining unit members.
Personnel Rules. The City retains the right to amend and create personnel rules, provided they are not in conflict with specific provisions of this MOU. Where appropriate, City will meet and confer with applicable employee group or groups (Government Code Section 3300 and following), before amending or creating new personnel rules.
