Applicable for Home Care Nurses. time nurse called back to work hours in excess of a seven and three-quarter (7.75) hour shift in any one (1) day shall be paid at overtime rates of pay with a guaranteed minimum of one (1) hour at overtime rates. If the extra time worked under this subsection commences within less than one (1) hour before the start of a shift, the guaranteed minimum of overtime pay will not apply. In such cases, the nurse will be paid at overtime rates from the time the nurse starts to work to the beginning of their shift.
