APPLICABLE GOVERNMENT DIRECTIVES. a. The Chair, on behalf of the Board, is responsible for ensuring that the Agency operates in accordance with all Applicable Government the Directives, including applicable Ministry financial and administrative policies and procedures. Appendix B to this MOU provides a list of applicable directives and policies. b. The Ministry will inform the Agency of amendments or additions to the directives and to policies and guidelines that apply to the Agency; however, the Agency is responsible for complying with all directives, policies and guidelines to which it is subject. c. In addition to complying with the MBC Realty Directive, the Agency shall comply with the Ministry of Infrastructure Realty Policy including any appendices to this policy when acquiring space for accommodation and program purposes. The Ministry will ensure that the Agency is provided with any updates to this policy.
