Common use of Applicable Government Directives Clause in Contracts

Applicable Government Directives. a. The Chair, on behalf of the Board, is responsible for ensuring that the Agency operates in accordance with all applicable TB/MBC and Government directives, as well as applicable Ministry financial and administrative policies and procedures. Appendix 2 to this MOU provides a list of applicable directives and policies.
