The Unit is responsible for day-to-day liaison with the Board and the overall co-ordination of Ministry and Board issues including: issues management, briefing materials, reviewing performance measures and Business Plans, reviewing and tabling of Annual Reports, drafting and negotiating MOUs with the Board, liaising with central agencies, and monitoring Board compliance with the Applicable Government Directives.

  • Contract and other writing(s) setting forth the final agreements, clarifications and terms between the Bid Documents and Contractor’s Bid.
