Applicable Law and Regulations. The provisions of this Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to the conflict of law provisions of any state. Any payment provided for by this Agreement shall be reduced or eliminated to the extent required by any applicable banking regulations.
