Record Management. 1.4.1 Institution/Principal Investigator will retain in a safe and secure location, one (1) copy of all printed and electronic data and reports resulting from the Study for the longer of (a) two (2) years after the last marketing authorization for the Study Product has been approved or Sponsor has discontinued research on the Study Product or (b) such longer period as required by regulatory requirements. Sponsor will provide instructions for the retention or destruction of documentation.
1.4.2 Institution may store Study documents at a mutually agreed third party site at Sponsor’s expense. If the Institution/Principal Investigator wants to move the Study documents to another location, the Sponsor must be notified in writing.

2.4.3 Institution/Principal Investigator shall keep all related correspondences by the Institution/Principal Investigator, the Institution's employees, Sponsor and any other person involved in the Study in accordance with Section 2.4.1.
2.4.4 Institution/Principal Investigator shall maintain accurate data collection and up-to-date records of all Study subjects;
2.4.5 Institution/Principal Investigator shall record and evaluate all Adverse Events experienced by the Study subjects in accordance with the Protocol.

Record Management. The Lessee shall keep an accurate account of all drilling operations, including but not limited to the following: a log of each well drilled, duly sworn to by the contractor or driller; original gas sales contracts with amendments; gas balancing agreements and schedules; information concerning litigation, settlement agreements, or other agreements relating to sales and pricing of the Granted Minerals.
Record Management a. The Parties recognize that the records of the Foundation relating to actual or potential donors contain confidential information. Such records shall be kept by the Foundation in such a manner as to protect donor confidentiality to the fullest extent allowed by law. Notwithstanding the access to records permitted above, access to such confidential information by the University shall be limited to the University's President and any designee of the University's President.
b. The Foundation shall be responsible for maintaining all permanent records of the Foundation including but not limited to the Foundation's Articles, Bylaws and other governing documents, all necessary documents for compliance with IRS regulations, all gift instruments, and all other Foundation records as required by applicable laws.
c. Although the Foundation is a private entity and is not subject to the Idaho Public Records Law, the Foundation, while protecting personal and private information related to private individuals, is encouraged, to the extent reasonable, to be open to public inquiries related to revenue, expenditure policies, investment performance and/or similar non-personal and non- confidential financial or policy information.
Record Management. Keep and maintain the necessary records, documents, pictures, and all other data required in order to obtain reimbursement from FEMA and/or other federal and state agencies.
