Applicable Laws and Regulations. This Agreement and all rights, obligations, and performances of the Parties hereunder are subject to Applicable Laws and Regulations and the Parties shall discharge their obligations under this Agreement in accordance with Good Utility Practice and all Applicable Laws and Regulations.
