Common use of Applicable Laws and Regulations Clause in Contracts

Interpretation and enforcement of the terms of this SLA and the SPPA shall be governed by California law. Any contract entered into by Licensee for work to be performed pursuant to this License shall incorporate this section and shall require that subcontractors comply with all Applicable Laws.
