Common use of Applicable Laws and Regulations Clause in Contracts

Applicable Laws and Regulations. For work done in Nebraska in the performance of the Contract, the Contractor shall maintain fair labor standards and comply with all laws and regulations enacted and promulgated by the United States, the state of Nebraska, or any political subdivision thereof which govern the conduct of the Contractor during the performance of its obligations under this Contract, and they shall be deemed to be included in this Contract as though written out in full in this Contract.
