APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION. 7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of South Africa.
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION. This Data Processing Agreement shall be governed by the Spanish and European regulations in terms of Personal Data Protection, as well as by the resolutions and guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency and other Supervisory Authority competent in this matter.
