Xxxx of Lading definition

Xxxx of Lading. Means this Freight Railroad Transportation Rendering Services Agreement, including the Shipment Guide, the Service Request and any Annex of same.

Xxxx of Lading means any xxxx of lading, custody transfer sheet, volume certificate and other like document.

Xxxx of Lading means any contract (except this Charter) for the carriage of cargo on the Vessel during the Term, which shall be substantially in the form of Attachment 3.

More Definitions of Xxxx of Lading

Xxxx of Lading or “B/L” means the official document as defined in Art. 20 of the ICC Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits UCP 600.

Xxxx of Lading shall have the meaning given to the term “xxxx of lading” in Section 1-201(6) of the UCC.

Xxxx of Lading. The official document, issued at the loading port after completion of the loading operations, stating, among other things, the ship’s loaded quality, expressed in cubic meters (M3) and in metric tons (MT) or barrels (BBLS) per the definitions herein. This document must be signed in original by the Ship’sMaster.

Xxxx of Lading means receipt given by the vessel for the coal shipment and is a document of title.  ETA means estimated time & date of arrival.

Xxxx of Lading means the xxxx of lading issued with respect to each shipment of the Commodities.

Xxxx of Lading means with respect to a truck delivery, a certified truck scale weight, and with respect to a train delivery, a certified rail weight certificate, and with respect to a barge, a certified terminal or barge survey weight.

Xxxx of Lading or “B/L" means document executed by the master of the vessel acknowledging receipt of goods containing terms and conditions for transportation of the goods to a stated destination. "Charter Party or C/P" means the agreement entered into between Seller_ and Vessel Owners for use of the vessel for transportation of the Product from the Load Port to the Discharge Port. "Cost and Freight” or “C&F" means amount of L/C consisting of cost of the Product to be imported/supplied and amount of freight incurred on transportation of the Product from the load port to the Discharge Port.
