Owner and All Valley Animal Resort must negotiate and mediate in good faith prior to either party filing a cause of action.

Xxxxxx’s indemnification and defense liabilities described herein shall apply regardless of any allegations that a claim or suit is attributable in whole or in part to any act or omission of Lessor, the State of Idaho under the Lease. However, if it is determined by a final judgment that Lessor, the State of Idaho’s negligent act or omission is the sole proximate cause of a suit or claim, neither Lessor nor the State of Idaho shall be entitled to indemnification from Lessee with respect to such suit or claim, and Lessor and the State of Idaho in its discretion, may reimburse Lessee for reasonable defense costs attributable to the defense provided by any Special Deputy Attorney General appointed pursuant to subsection 21.3.

ALL Vendors must complete all tax requirements that are required by the state of Idaho, including the 2020 ID Sales Tax Declaration: Go to xxx.xxxxx.xxx/XxXxXXX and under “Other Services” click “Temporary Sellers and Promoters.” Vendor Coordinators: Questions should be directed to the Vendor Coordinator - xxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Schedule: Vendors may check in with the Vendor Coordinator for space assignments after 10:00 am on Thursday, July 30 and must be completely set up with a clean and organized booth area by 9:00 am on Friday morning. No setup or teardown will be permitted during any of the Main Stage performances throughout the weekend. At a minimum, retail & food vendors are required to operate their booths during all of the Main Stage performance hours. As the schedules are subject to change, vendors need to check the website periodically to confirm festival, gate and workshop hours.
