Applicable Services FTE Rate Sample Clauses

Applicable Services FTE Rate. For purposes of this Agreement, “Applicable Services FTE Rate” means, for all Services FTEs (on a monthly basis), (A) if the aggregate number of Services FTEs under the Services Agreements is less than or equal to seven (7), an amount equal to US$ ****; (B) if the aggregate number of Services FTEs under the Services Agreements is greater than seven (7) but less than or equal to ten (10), an amount equal to US$****; and (C) if the aggregate number of Services FTEs under the Services Agreements is greater than ten (10), an amount equal to US$****. For all purposes of this Agreement, the Applicable Services FTE Rate for a calendar month shall be determined based upon the aggregate number of Services FTEs under the Services Agreements as of the first day of that calendar month.
