Common use of Applicant Procedures Clause in Contracts

Applicant Procedures. a. An applicant for sabbatical leave shall obtain a sabbatical leave application form and submit it to the chairperson of the Sabbatical Leave Committee by the end of the first week of winter quarter of the academic year preceding the proposed leave. b. The applicant shall be available for a personal interview with the Committee. c. The applicant shall notify the Committee chairperson of any significant change of plans should such a change occur during the selection process or subsequent to it.
