APPLICATION AND RECOGNITION. 4.01 The Employer recognizes the Institute as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employees described in the certificate issued by the Public Service Staff Relations Board on the 14th day of June 2004. For greater clarity, the bargaining unit is all CNSC employees, regardless of pay band at the RL-5 to RL-7 levels performing duties pursuant to the mandate of CNSC and described in Article 1.02, but does not include students.
