Common use of Application Due Date Clause in Contracts

Application Due Date. 2.14.1 Applications should be submitted before 1100 hours IST on the Application Due Date, at the address provided in Clause 2.13.3 in the manner and form as detailed in this RFQ. A receipt thereof should be obtained from the person specified in Clause 2.13.3. 2.14.2 The Authority may, in its sole discretion, extend the Application Due Date by issuing an Addendum in accordance with Clause 2.10 uniformly for all Applicants.
