Application for Lease. Tenant acknowledges that the statements and representations made in the signed application for said premises are true, that they are deemed a part of this Lease, and the falsity of any of them shall constitute a breach hereof. No automobile, truck, motorcycle, trailers or other such vehicles shall be parked on the property without current license plates and said vehicles must be in operating condition. Such vehicles may be parked in driveways or other designated parking area, if provided, or in the street.

In the event that the credit report and/or employment verification does not meet with Landlord’s approval or if any of the information provided therein is misleading or untrue, Landlord may, at his discretion, terminate this Lease.

Tenant Agrees to vacate the property immediately and forfeit their security deposit, if background check application finds any issues such as felonies, or criminal convictions or any other information proved falsified with intention to deceive landlord into allowing them access to home before background check is completed.

  • Application for Leave Any request for a leave of absence shall be submitted in writing by the employee to the Employer or designee. The request shall state the reason the leave of absence is being requested and the length of time off the employee desires. Authorization for a leave of absence shall be furnished to the employee by the Employer or designee, and it shall be in writing.

  • New Application for Licensure Any time after the three-month period has lapsed from the Effective Date of this Agreement and Respondent has paid the Administrative Penalty set forth in Section III, Paragraph 1 of this Order, Respondent may apply for a new mortgage loan originator license or, as applicable, petition for the reinstatement of an MLO Activity Endorsement in any or all of the Participating States with the understanding that each State Mortgage Regulator reserves the rights to fully investigate such application for licensure or petition for reinstatement of an MLO Activity Endorsement and may either approve or deny such application or petition pursuant to the normal process for such licensing or endorsement investigations. No license application or petition described in this paragraph will be denied solely based on the facts, circumstances, or consensual resolution provided for in this Agreement. Respondent further agrees that Respondent must satisfy the Administrative Penalty provision prior to submitting an application for a new mortgage loan originator license or, as applicable, petition for the reinstatement of an MLO Activity Endorsement.

  • Notice of Lease Owner shall give to Standard & Poor's Ratings Services, a Standard & Poor's Financial Services LLC business, a copy of any notice regarding a lease of the Aircraft required to be given to the Mortgagee pursuant to clause (w) of the first sentence of the penultimate paragraph of Section 4.02(b) of the Trust Indenture, at the time such notice is given to Mortgagee, if at such time Standard & Poor's is then rating the Pass Through Certificates.

  • Initial Lease Term The Initial Lease Term is for a minimum of ten (10) years; however, the State will consider a longer lease term if economic benefits are deemed to be in the State’s best interest. Please propose a fixed, or flat, rental rate for a Gross Lease: including all expenses – taxes, insurance, janitorial services, maintenance, etc. The State may elect to pay for utilities separately so please include a cost per square foot to reduce the rental rate if such occurs.

  • ALTERATION OF AGREEMENT A. It is hereby agreed that any alteration or modification of this Agreement shall be binding upon the parties only if agreed to in writing by both parties. B. The waiver of any condition of this Agreement by either party shall not constitute a precedent in the future enforcement of all terms and conditions herein.

  • Application for approval 3.1. The application for approval of a vehicle type with regard to the AEBS shall be submitted by the vehicle manufacturer or by his authorised representative. 3.2. It shall be accompanied by the documents mentioned below in triplicate: 3.2.1. A description of the vehicle type with regard to the items mentioned in paragraph 2.4., together with a documentation package which gives access to the basic design of the AEBS and the means by which it is linked to other vehicle systems or by which it directly controls output variables. The numbers and/or symbols identifying the vehicle type shall be specified. 3.3. A vehicle representative of the vehicle type to be approved shall be submitted to the Technical Service conducting the approval tests.

  • Termination of Master Lease If the Sublessor terminates their tenancy in the Premises under the Master Lease, the Sublessee agrees that if the Master Lease is terminated for any reason, this Agreement will terminate as of the same date.
