Application for Maintenance and Reply. The Power Plant shall submit the application for maintenance to the Dispatching Agency in advance, and the actual maintenance of the equipments in the Power Plant shall not commence until the approval is obtained. The application for maintenance shall be submitted to the Dispatching Agency in accordance with the relevant dispatching regulations prior to the commencement of the actual maintenance.
